General Description
Purpose:
The purpose of this policy is to establish guidelines for the supervision and protection of minors on CSUB Campus between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.
Definition:
Minor: A person under the age of eighteen (18).

Policy/Procedure
No minor may loiter upon the CSUB campus between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., unless:
- The Minor is accompanied by a parent, guardian or other adult having control or charge of the minor.
- The Minor has attended a legitimate academic function such as a class, work group, study session, or CSUB-approved program, which has been held over or continued beyond 10:00 p.m. Minors must, within a reasonable time, leave campus at the conclusion of the academic function.
