General Description

Purpose:

Enrolled students registered to complete their degree in the trailing summer(s) term can participate in the Spring Commencement (i.e. “walk at graduation”) if the student has a pending application for graduation (“grad check”) and has submitted proof of enrollment in all required courses to the Commencement Coordinator. Any exceptions to this policy can only be made by the Provost.
*All international students are not subject to a summer term course restrictions and are permitted to participate in Spring Commencement when near graduation

Undergraduate Students registered to complete their degree programs in the trailing summer term(s)
*Does not apply to Graduate or Credential Studies
